- Ensure Admin account used to create the Migration Endpoint has FullAccess on all mailboxes
- Recreate Migration Endpoint from scratch & enter all information manually including Exchange Server, Proxy and NTLM Authentication type
- Add FullAccess permissions for admin account used to create the Endpoint on the mailbox database in Exchange on-prem
