LogMeIn Error 4320: The Operator or Administrator has refused the request.

The non-admin user needs to be given permission to use LogMeIn. You will need to specify access rights for that particular user account.

  1. On the host, click the LogMeIn tray icon.
  2. Click Open LogMeIn…  > Options > Preferences.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Under User Access Control, click the Show Details button.
  5. Click Browse.
  6. From the drop-down, select your computer name (or Domain if applicable).
  7. Click List users of selected domain.
  8. Find the user you wish to give rights to, select it, and click OK.
  9. If you wish to give this user full access to LogMeIn, check the Full Control check-box.  If not, set individual permissions by clicking the check-boxes.
  10. Click the Add button after setting the permissions.
  11. Click OK.
